Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the data Gang4 holds about you, including data obtained from your Meta account.
Three ways to proceed
1. Disconnect your Meta account from Gang4
Go to Settings → Meta connection, then click Disconnect my Meta account.
Immediate effect: we revoke the access tokens and stop collecting any new data. Advertising data imported from Meta is deleted within 30 days. Your Gang4 account remains active.
2. Remove the integration from your Facebook account
In Facebook, open Settings → Business Integrations, select the Active tab, tick the Gang4 integration, then click Remove.
Meta notifies us of the revocation. We immediately stop accessing your assets and apply the same deletion procedure as in option 1.
3. Request full deletion of your account
Email samuel@gang4.io from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request".
We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your Gang4 account and credentials;
- Access tokens for your Meta account;
- Data imported from Meta: ad accounts, campaigns, performance metrics, advertising creatives, Pages, posts;
- Imported comments and messages, along with any replies drafted from Gang4;
- Your preferences and settings.
What is retained, and why
Some data must be retained beyond your request, in order to comply with legal obligations:

This data is isolated, no longer used for operational purposes, and deleted once the stated periods expire.
Ads you published to Meta through Gang4 remain the property of your Meta account and are not affected by the deletion of your Gang4 account. To remove them, use your Meta Ads Manager.
